Quick fuel hose connectors are made up of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring and locking spring. When a mating tube-end piece is inserted into the connector, the connectors locking spring ties the two connectors together. Once connected, pull back to ensure a complete connection. Note before connection, the O ring should be lubricated with SAE W30 oil.

- Operating pressure up to 500Kpa, 5bar (72psi).
- Operating vacuum down 0-55Kpa, -0.55bar (-7.2psi).
- Operation temperature from -40°C (-104°F) to 115°C (239°F) – for short period only at 150°C.
